About Our Local Office

The Greater Des Moines Office of Right at Home is a locally owned and operated franchise office of Right at Home Inc., an Omaha Nebraska based senior home care and staffing company providing care since 1995. Our mission statement is to "improve the quality of life for those we serve." We do that by providing high quality in-home caregivers to serve you.

The Des Moines office is owned by Marcia and Tony Vola. The opening of the office marks their return to Iowa following a military career that resulted in their living at 10 locations across the United States as well as the United Kingdom and the Republic of Germany. Marcia is a graduate of Iowa State University and has most recently supported the Papillion Nebraska school district and Midlands hospital with multiple volunteering roles. Tony received his undergraduate degree from Truman State University, a Master's degree in Business from the University of Utah, and has additional graduate work in the fields of business and computer systems at Creighton University.

Marcia and Tony took the opportunity to return to their native Iowa and build a business that would support the opportunity for seniors to remain independent, safe, and secure in a familiar environment - their home. They know first hand from their experiences about the demands placed upon all family members when the children are many miles from home. The affordable services of the Des Moines Right at Home office will provide that safe and secure environment for seniors while offering a continuous dialog with children and relatives, resulting in their peace of mind.

Marcia and Tony look forward to serving Des Moines and the surrounding communities with a level of personal service that not only supersedes that of our competitors, but also that of our client's own expectations.
